The Role
- Own and improve member onboarding so new members take meaningful action quickly.
- Manage and energise the Hub with consistent, light-touch community activity.
- Host short, friendly Hub orientation sessions and online workshops.
- Encourage peer connection, accountability and visible member wins.
- Proactively re-engage members who are becoming inactive.
- Share relevant opportunities directly with members to increase value and usage.
- Produce a short monthly members’ update highlighting what’s new and what’s working.
- Support Hub growth through lead conversations, promotions and collaborations increasing members.
- Build relationships with brand partners and secure paid sponsorship opportunities.
- Manage community admin, data tracking, feedback and testimonials.
- Contribute ideas and insight to continually improve The Hub experience.

- Higher member engagement and activity levels.
- Strong early usage within members’ first 6 months.

About You
- Must-haves
- Experience managing an online membership community (Circle experience ideal).
- Warm, confident communication style — supportive, practical, not corporate.
- Strong organisational skills across time, tech and systems.
- Confident hosting short Zoom sessions and keeping conversations moving.
- Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the small business / maker / product-based space.
- Background in member success, retention or engagement-focused roles.
- Experience sourcing or managing brand partnerships.
The Details
- Freelance / self-employed.
- 30–40 hours per month (approx. 7–10 hours per week).
- Fully remote (UK-based).
- Flexible hours with regular, responsive input required.
