Role Overview
You will support the same two or three people in their own homes. There are no care calls and you won’t be rushing between visits. Your day is focused on the person you support.
You will get to know what helps them and what does not, what a good day looks like, what they want to do, who they want to see and what they find hard. If they do not feel like going out today, you will have the time and the trust to work out what makes sense instead.
Shift patterns are built around the person you support, so we will work with you to find a pattern that fits your life too.

- Work collaboratively with the support team and managers.
Who We Are
We have supported adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions to live independently in their own homes for over a decade. We have no external shareholders. The people we support and the people doing the supporting are the ones we answer to.
