We are looking for a flexible and passionate Team Manager to work for our Wiltshire location, the successful candidates will be required to work across Salisbury and the local area . As a Team Manager you will be able to self-manage and work collaboratively in the best interests of the individuals we are supporting and liaise with their relevant multi-disciplinary professionals when required.

The Team Managers will be expected to have on-call responsibilities and support the individuals in their own homes, building and maintaining relationships with each person as well as providing visible leadership to the staff teams.

If you are interested in furthering your career in social care working with adults with autism, learning disabilities and/or mental health difficulties, you can demonstrate you are able to lone work, are fun, compassionate, have good and clear communication skills and are patient and understanding.
