We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced person within health and social care to join the Quality and Compliance Team as a Quality Checker. The role will be varied and engaging, suitable for someone who has a strong drive and passion for supporting the delivery of high quality care. You will meet new people, build good working relationships with support teams, and support the development and implementation of improvements across services. This is a great opportunity for a person motivated by quality improvements, partnership working and making a positive impact in people’s lives.

The role requires someone who is exceptionally well‑organised, has a can‑do attitude, a high level of attention to detail, experience in completing audits, sound knowledge of regulatory compliance and the ability to frequently travel and work across iDirect’s localities, including West and East Dorset and Wiltshire. This is a full‑time position, covering 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, with an expectation to be available to visit services day or night as necessary.
