What You'll Do
Technical Duties
- Respond promptly to support requests via telephone and email
- Diagnose and resolve basic end‑user IT issues
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior service desk personnel
- Continuously develop knowledge across vendor products offered by the business
- Stay informed on emerging cybersecurity threats through industry resources
- Take ownership of personal learning and development
General Responsibilities
- Deliver a professional, helpful, and adaptable service to both internal and external customers
- Uphold company values and represent idash solutions positively in all interactions
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards

Training Outcome
A full‑time opportunity may be offered after the successful completion of the apprenticeship based on the apprentice's performance throughout the duration of the apprenticeship.
