Mobile Cleaning Supervisor required for established company. We specialise in working with new house builders throughout the region and we're looking to expand our area of operation slightly further afield.
You will have at least two years experience within a similar supervisory role. You will have current CSCS and ideally SSSTS or equivalent and a full UK driving licence with no more than three points. Communication is a major part of this role and an ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff is essential. You should have the ability to encourage and influence people in order to get the best out of them.
Outline of duties:
- Travel between sites and supervise various teams during working hours
- Ensure best practice followed at all times and highest standards are always maintained
- Help ensure adherence to all H & S regulations as they apply
- Carry out tool box talks as required
- Ensure teams have enough stock to complete tasks with weekly 'top-ups' scheduled
- Oversee reporting of any defects with equipment and vehicles via daily checks carried out by your teams
- Attend training courses as required and maintain all licences / certificates so to be able to continue in the role
This is a hands-on role and the vast majority of your time will be spent working within your teams and so you must be willing to lead by example. Previous new build cleaning experience is preferable but training in this aspect can be provided for otherwise ideal candidates.
