About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operational Resilience & Crisis Management Analyst to support a growing resilience function during a period of transformation. This part‐time role (approx. 3 days per week) offers the opportunity to shape new frameworks, deliver key resilience activities, and contribute to crisis preparedness across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support operational resilience activity, including scenario planning, testing and exercising.
  • Help design and deliver tabletop exercises for crisis and resilience events.
  • Contribute to shaping a new resilience framework and operating model.
  • Work closely with cross‐functional teams across risk, operations, and security.
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and follow‐up actions.

About You

  • Background in operational resilience, crisis management, or business continuity.
  • Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Able to work independently and "hit the ground running."
