We’re looking for an experienced Operational Resilience & Crisis Management Analyst to support a growing resilience function during a period of transformation. This part‑time role (approx. 3 days per week) offers the opportunity to shape new frameworks, deliver key resilience activities, and contribute to crisis preparedness across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support operational resilience activity, including scenario planning, testing and exercising.
- Help design and deliver tabletop exercises for crisis and resilience events.
- Contribute to shaping a new resilience framework and operating model.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams across risk, operations, and security.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and follow‑up actions.
About You:
- Background in operational resilience, crisis management, or business continuity.
- Confident delivering or supporting resilience exercises.
- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Able to work independently and “hit the ground running.”
