As a Registered Care Manager , youll be responsible for leading and developing a high-quality domiciliary care service, ensuring excellent outcomes for the people we support and creating a positive environment for your team. No two days are the same, but your role may include: Holding CQC registration and ensuring regulatory compliance Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch Leading, motivating and developing care and office-based teams Overseeing recruitment, onboarding and retention of care staff Creating and managing staffing rotas to ensure effective service delivery Building strong relationships with commissioners, service users, families and healthcare professionals Monitoring service quality through audits, reviews and spot checks Investigating complaints, incidents and safeguarding concerns when required Managing branch performance and identifying opportunities for growth and development Ensuring policies, procedures and health safety requirements are implemented effectively Participating in the on-call rota and providing operational support when needed Delivering emergency hands-on care in exceptional circumstances Most importantly, youll help ensure the people we support receive safe, compassionate and person-centred care while empowering your team to deliver their very best.
