What You'll Be Doing As our Recruitment & Retention Officer, you'll take a leading role in ensuring ICare attracts and retains exceptional talent across our services.
Key Responsibilities ? Create engaging, high-impact job adverts that attract quality candidates.
? Source candidates through job boards, social media, recruitment fairs, networking opportunities, and innovative recruitment campaigns.
? Build strong partnerships with Hiring Managers and support recruitment planning across multiple locations.
? Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from application through to onboarding.
? Arrange interviews and provide recruitment guidance to operational managers.
? Conduct pre-employment checks, references, right-to-work checks, and compliance processes.
? Ensure candidates complete onboarding requirements and mandatory training.
? Produce recruitment reports and analyse recruitment trends.
? Develop relationships with Job Centres, colleges, community organisations, and local employment providers.
? Attend and organise recruitment events and job fairs.
? Conduct exit interviews and support retention initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and reducing turnover.

Experience & Skills Essential Previous recruitment experience Strong administrative and organisational skills Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Experience building effective stakeholder relationships Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle Desirable Recruitment experience within the Health and Social Care sector Experience recruiting across multiple locations Knowledge of recruitment fairs and community engagement initiatives Understanding of employee retention and engagement strategies Why Choose ICare?
