About the Role
As Duty Manager, you'll be a key figure within Links View, overseeing the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility and helping to create a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment for residents, visitors, and colleagues alike. You'll provide leadership during your shifts, support your team to deliver excellent service, and act as a trusted point of contact for residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
