We're looking for an experienced, motivated and compassionate Assistant Care Manager to support the delivery of outstanding domiciliary care services and extra care services from our Wirral office, while helping drive the success and growth of the branch.
In addition to supporting our domiciliary care operations, you will also provide operational support and oversight to our Assisted Living Facility when required, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care across both services.

Important Information Before You Apply
- Have previous experience in a supervisory or management role within domiciliary care.
- Hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Have access to your own vehicle.
- Hold, or be willing to obtain, business-use motor insurance.
- Be willing to undertake enhanced DBS clearance.
- Be able to participate in on-call duties and provide operational support when required.
- A Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, or working towards one, is desirable.
