As Duty Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for residents, visitors, and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the operation of the service during your shifts.
- Providing guidance, support, and motivation to colleagues.
- Creating a safe, friendly, and supportive environment.
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Monitoring staffing arrangements and addressing concerns.
