We're looking for caring, compassionate and reliable individuals to join our Home Care team supporting people across Fleetwood and surrounding areas. Whether you're already working in care or looking for a rewarding new career, we'll give you the training, support and encouragement you need to succeed.
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Be able to travel throughout the Fleetwood (FY7) area
- Be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance if not already in place
As a Home Care Worker, you'll support people in their own homes, helping them remain independent while maintaining their dignity, wellbeing and quality of life.
- Providing personal care with dignity, respect and compassion
- Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
- Providing medication prompts and support in line with care plans
- Carrying out wellbeing and safety checks
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Building positive and professional relationships with the people you support
- Promoting independence, choice and person-centred care
- Working as part of a supportive and dedicated care team
- Travelling between clients' homes across the Fleetwood community
- Flexible and able to work across a varied rota, including weekends
- Comfortable working independently within the community
- Living in Fleetwood (FY7) or within a reasonable travelling distance
- Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided.
