four gentlemen with varying levels of need
within their supported living home, as well as providing
one-to-one support in the local community , helping individuals access activities, appointments, hobbies and social opportunities. As a Care Worker, you'll support people to live fulfilling and independent lives while maintaining their dignity, wellbeing and quality of life. No two days are the same, but your role may include: Supporting individuals with daily living tasks and routines Providing personal care where required Administering or supporting with medication in line with care plans Encouraging independence and choice Supporting individuals to attend appointments and community activities Promoting social inclusion and community engagement Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks Completing care records and documentation accurately Providing emotional support and companionship Building positive and professional relationships with the people you support Working as part of a dedicated and supportive team Most importantly, you'll make a meaningful difference to people's lives every day.
