IC Talent are recruiting for a vibrant and welcoming educational institution dedicated to providing a safe and enriching environment for both students and staff. We are looking for a reliable and dedicated School Caretaker to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring our facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. This position is temporary to permanent for the right person, split shift or full day optional. Key Responsibilities: Cleaning & Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness of classrooms, corridors, offices, restrooms, and outdoor areas. Repairs: Conduct minor repairs and maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and general building work. Security: Lock/unlock buildings as required and ensure security systems are functioning. Health & Safety: Maintain a clean and hazard-free environment, including checking that fire alarms, emergency exits, and other safety equipment are in working order. Groundskeeping: Maintain outdoor spaces, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and clearing paths. Supplies: Assist with the movement and storage of furniture, materials, and supplies.
