I C Talent have partnered with a friendly and progressive primary school in Coventry to recruit a committed Year 3 Teacher for a February 2026 start. This long-term role offers the chance to join a supportive team mid-academic year and play a key role in guiding pupils through their first year of Key Stage 2, supporting their academic development, confidence, and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the Key Stage 2 curriculum, with a focus on Year 3.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel encouraged and valued.
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities and learning styles.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, using assessment data to inform teaching and provide constructive feedback.
- Support pupils in developing strong foundations in core subjects as they transition into KS2.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues on planning, assessment, and curriculum development.
- Maintain positive and professional communication with parents and carers to support pupil progress and wellbeing.

About You
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Have recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally within Lower KS2.
- Confident in delivering the national curriculum and adapting lessons to suit diverse learning needs.
- Demonstrate a proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
- Possess strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families.
- Committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
- Eligible to work in the UK and able to commute within Coventry.
