A welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Coventry is seeking a Primary Cover Teacher to provide high-quality teaching and support across the school. This is an excellent chance for teachers who enjoy variety, classroom impact, and building strong relationships with pupils.
The Role
As a Cover Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum
*
Ensure continuity of learning and maintain a positive classroom environment
*
Support pupils’ learning and wellbeing during staff absences
*
Work closely with Teaching Assistants and other staff to maintain smooth classroom routines
*
Adapt lessons for pupils with SEND or additional learning needs
*
Build positive relationships with pupils and contribute to the school community
About You
We are looking for a teacher who:
*
Is QTS-qualified and experienced in primary teaching
*
Confident teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
*
Flexible, adaptable, and able to step into new classes seamlessly
*
Dedicated to supporting children’s learning, behaviour, and wellbeing
*
Organised, proactive, and able to manage classroom routines effectively
*
An excellent communicator xiskglj and team player
