The Role
You will teach Science across KS3 and KS4 (up to GCSE), delivering engaging, creative lessons that are adapted to meet the individual needs of each learner. Working with small class sizes of typically 6-10 pupils, you will have the opportunity to build positive relationships, provide personalised support and help students achieve both academically and personally. The school places a strong emphasis on integrating therapeutic strategies into everyday teaching, creating an environment where students feel safe, valued and motivated to learn.
