We are currently recruiting for an experienced Primary Teaching Assistant to work in a school in the Rushton area, supporting pupils across different primary year groups. This is a part-time position, 4 days per week, with an ASAP start available.

We are looking for a caring, patient and experienced Teaching Assistant with strong SEND experience who is confident supporting children with a range of additional needs. The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience working as a Primary Teaching Assistant
- Have strong SEND experience and be confident supporting pupils with additional needs
- Have experience working across different primary year groups
- Be able to provide effective 1:1 and small-group support
- Be patient, nurturing and encouraging
- Have a good understanding of supporting children’s social, emotional and educational development
- Work well alongside teachers and other support staff
- Be reliable, adaptable and committed to making a positive difference
