We are delighted to be working with a local primary school to secure a Permanent SEND teacher for their EYFS department.
The role: As a SEND Class Teacher you will play a vital role in shaping meaningful learning experiences for pupils with complex needs, including autism and significant learning difficulties. You will lead teaching across high-needs classrooms, ensuring every pupil is both supported and challenged to achieve their full potential. You will design and deliver personalised, engaging lessons tailored to individual EHCP outcomes, using specialist strategies such as Attention Autism and Intensive Interaction. Your classroom will be a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where pupils feel secure, valued and inspired to participate fully in school life. Working closely with support staff, families and external agencies, you will build strong relationships that enable every child to thrive socially, emotionally and academically. You will also contribute to a culture of high expectations, modelling outstanding practice, guiding colleagues, and helping to ensure consistency and excellence across the provision.
