Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 experience desirable. Follow school schemes of work and lesson plans, adapting where necessary to meet students' needs. Maintain continuity of learning during staff absence. Assess student understanding and provide feedback where required. Differentiate learning to support students of varying abilities, including SEND and EAL learners. Maintain high standards of behaviour and implement the school's behaviour policy consistently. Create a positive, safe, and productive learning environment. Build positive relationships with students, staff, and school leaders. Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom environments. Complete registers, handovers, and any required lesson feedback for the school. Follow all safeguarding and child protection procedures and report concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
