We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Food Technology Teacher / Instructor to join a welcoming secondary school in the Long Sutton area from September 2026. This is a long-term opportunity teaching Food Technology across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The school is ideally looking for a candidate who is available 5 days per week, although 4 days may be considered for the right applicant.
The Role:
- Deliver engaging and practical Food Technology lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
- Plan and prepare lessons in line with the curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess, monitor and support student progress
- Encourage students to develop confidence and practical skills within Food Technology
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching/instructing experience
- Experience teaching Food Technology at secondary level
