Salary: £85 – £100 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a warm and welcoming primary school in Harborne on a long-term basis. The Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and senior leaders to support pupils across a range of year groups, with a particular focus on either class-based support, small group interventions, or 1:1 support, depending on the needs of the school. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive, engaging learning environment and helping to raise standards for all learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to pupils in the classroom, individually and in small groups
- Assist with the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities
- Support pupils with additional needs, helping them access the curriculum
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to the class teacher
- Contribute to assessment records and EHCP reviews (where applicable)
- Prepare resources and assist with classroom organisation
- Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff to raise achievement

- A relevant Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
