Are you an organised, proactive individual with a passion for education and people? We\’re looking for a motivated Education Resourcer to join our busy team and support a high-performing consultant in sourcing top education professionals for schools across the region.
About the Role
As an Education Resourcer, you\’ll work 1:1 with a busy consultant, playing a vital role in identifying and connecting with talented education practitioners — including teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff — as new roles come in.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Sourcing and screening candidates for live education vacancies
- Building strong relationships with candidates and maintaining regular contact
- Managing job adverts and database updates
- Supporting the consultant with shortlisting, compliance, and interview coordination
What We\’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
- Confidence using online recruitment tools and databases
- Experience in recruitment or education is an advantage, but not essential
