The Role
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across your subject(s)
- Maintain continuity of learning and a positive classroom environment
- Support pupils' academic progress and wellbeing during staff absences
- Collaborate with department heads, Teaching Assistants, and other staff
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils with SEND, EAL, or additional learning requirements
- Contribute to the school's wider life and enrichment activities
About You
- Is QTS-qualified and experienced in secondary education
- Confident teaching your subject(s) across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience welcomed)
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to step into new classes seamlessly
- Dedicated to supporting students' learning, behaviour, and wellbeing
- Organised, proactive, and confident in managing classroom routines
- A strong communicator and team player
