The Role
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum
- Ensure continuity of learning and maintain a positive classroom environment
- Support pupils' learning and wellbeing during staff absences
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants and other staff to maintain smooth classroom routines
- Adapt lessons for pupils with SEND or additional learning needs
- Build positive relationships with pupils and contribute to the school community
About You
- QTS-qualified and experienced in primary teaching
- Confident teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to step into new classes seamlessly
- Dedicated to supporting children's learning, behaviour, and wellbeing
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage classroom routines effectively
- An excellent communicator and team player
