We are looking for an experienced and motivated Chef to join our school catering team in Malborne. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for preparing healthy, nutritious meals and ensuring the highest standards of food hygiene in a busy school environment. Key Responsibilities * Plan, prepare, and cook meals in line with school menus and dietary requirements. * Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards at all times. * Manage food storage, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation. * Supervise and work alongside kitchen assistants to ensure smooth service. * Ensure meals are delivered on time to fit around the school day. * Adapt menus to cater for allergies, intolerances, and special dietary needs. About You * Previous professional experience as a Chef is essential (school or catering environment desirable). * Up-to-date Food Hygiene qualification. * Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practice. * Organised, efficient, and able to work under pressure. * A team player with good communication and leadership skills.
