I C Talent are currently working in partnership with a well-established primary school in Birmingham that is seeking an enthusiastic and committed KS2 Teacher. The school has a strong community ethos and is dedicated to delivering high-quality teaching and learning within a supportive and inclusive environment.

The Role:
- Full classroom responsibility for a KS2 class
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Differentiate learning to support pupils of all abilities
- Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes
- Maintain effective classroom management and positive behaviour strategies
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and year group colleagues
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
- Contribute to staff meetings, school events, and the wider school community
Job Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential
- Recent experience teaching within Key Stage 2
- Strong understanding of the KS2 National Curriculum and assessment expectations
- Proven ability to raise attainment and support pupil progress
- Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
- Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills
- A reflective and proactive approach to professional development
- A genuine commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required (or willingness to obtain one prior to starting).
