English Teacher – Spalding
Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire

Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience
We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join a school in the Spalding area.
Role Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons.
- Teach reading, writing, grammar, spelling and comprehension.
- Prepare lesson materials to meet students’ learning needs.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
- Support students with different abilities and learning needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student development.
Requirements:
- QTS or relevant teaching qualifications, as required by the school.
- Experience teaching English in a school setting.
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
- Good classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A patient, organised and enthusiastic approach.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Enhanced DBS clearance, or willingness to complete the required checks.
- Right to work in the UK.
