- Salary: Professional Services 02; £61,275 - £74,175. Appointments are normally made at the starting salary, however comparable skills and experience will be considered.

About the Role
We are seeking to appoint an experienced HR Data and Information Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the successful implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud system within our transformation programme, Stratus. This position will play a key role in coordinating and driving the development, design and delivery of HR data, information, and reporting capabilities across the project lifecycle. Working in close collaboration with our ERP Implementation Lead for HR and broader HR and programme teams, the SME will ensure the base enterprise and HR structures, data integrity, processes, reporting and workflows are optimally designed, aligned with strategic goals, and fully approved by stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end HR data, information and reporting management model.
- Coordinate with implementation partners and internal teams to ensure alignment of HR data and security roles in the ERP system.
- Define and catalogue HR reports and KPIs, ensuring stakeholder review and approval.
- Ensure the integrity of HR data during migration and implementation, and oversee documentation of data migration plans and testing.
- Drive documentation of HR processes, notifications, approvals hierarchies and data retention policies in line with compliance and governance standards.
- Collaborate with training teams to ensure comprehensive user guides, training materials and process maps are created and maintained.
- Support the HR ERP Implementation Lead and change programme teams during transition, training, and go-live.
- Promote a consistent approach to HR data governance and security throughout the implementation and post-go-live phases.
About You
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience. You will have proven expertise in HR data and information management, HR analytics, process design, and systems implementation, ideally within an ERP transformation. Strong organisational skills, an understanding of HR operations and data governance, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders are essential. Proficiency in HRIS platforms, data analysis tools and project collaboration tools is also required. Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules is highly desirable.
