Your mission
- Lead and manage end-to-end procurement transformation and cost improvement programmes
- Own senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Lead, develop, and coach consulting teams on client engagements
- Design and implement procurement operating models, including organisation design and digital tools
- Oversee key supplier negotiations and value delivery
- Manage multiple stakeholders across client organisations
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, fact-based outputs and sustainable results
- Support business development through proposal work and client development
- Contribute to practice development and methodology enhancement
- Actively develop future leaders within the team
Your Experience (Essential)
- Project leadership experience within a recognised UK consultancy
- Proven delivery of value optimisation or transformation programmes in procurement
- Strong category knowledge across direct and/or indirect spend

You are an ambitious consulting professional with a strong track record in procurement and transformation, and the potential to progress towards partnership. Ideally, you bring:
- An excellent degree
- At least five years’ experience in management consultancy
- Demonstrable delivery of procurement outcomes across multiple categories
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent client management and relationship-building capabilities
- Experience leading and developing consulting teams
- Confidence operating in complex, high-pressure environments
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fluency in English, with another European language as an advantage
- Motivation to help shape and grow a leading UK procurement consultancy
