Hywel Dda University Health Board in Pembrokeshire is seeking a Band 3 Nursing Support Worker to join the community Heart Failure Service. You will support both clinical and administrative functions, work with Heart Failure CNS, and help deliver patient-centred care across community and clinic settings.
You will assist nurse-led assessment clinics, support home visits, perform delegated tasks such as ECGs, venepuncture and observations, and carry out wide-ranging admin duties to keep the service.
