Hywel Dda University Health Board invites applications for a Physiotherapist to join the Home First Team (Intermediate Care Services) in Carmarthenshire on a secondment until 31 March 2027. The MDT includes therapists, nurses, GP’s and other professionals delivering early rehabilitation and assessment in bed-based or home-based settings to help people remain at home.
