Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking an experienced Scrub Practitioner to join our Day Surgery Unit on a fixed term/secondment until 31 October 2027. The role supports the perioperative team across a range of day-case procedures, delivering high-quality scrub practice and patient care in a fast-paced environment.
You will prepare theatres, assist surgeons, maintain aseptic technique, contribute to safety checklists and audit activities, and mentor junior staff where appropriate.
