Full‑time position.
Responsibilities
- Operation of a computerised patients administration system, including inputting, retrieval and updating of data.
- Utilising the available systems to efficiently arrange and agree all outpatient appointments for all Hywel Dda residents across the Health Board.
- Phone patients to confirm, agree or cancel their outpatient appointments.
- Respond to calls from those who may have questions or concerns.
- Redirect calls as required.
