Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking an enthusiastic Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to lead the pharmacy service for a medical area and to teach on the MPharm course at Swansea University.

The post is split: two days at Singleton Campus and three days at Prince Philip Hospital, Llanelli.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to improve medicines optimisation, patient safety and education for students, with Welsh language desirable and on-call flexibility.
