Hywel Dda University Health Board is looking for a motivated Junior Sister / Charge Nurse to join Ward 11 at Withybush General Hospital. The role combines excellent clinical practice with leadership and day‑to‑day shift coordination in a Stroke and Rehabilitation Ward.
The successful candidate will support the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse and contribute to maintaining high standards of care, providing mentorship and leadership within the nursing team. Welsh language skills are desirable.
