An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health Care Support worker with the Emotional Health & Wellbeing Team Pembrokeshire.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe post holder will work alongside and be supervised and supported by their Emotional Health Practitioner colleagues to deliver interventions to children and young people. This will involve both providing direct support and linking children and young people into other sources of support and beneficial activities in the community to enhance their emotional and mental health. The post holder will be expected to work flexibly as part of a team to ensure excellent delivery of service provision, including working weekends where required to ensure accessibility and continuity of service delivery.
QualificationsRelevant experience in child and adolescent mental health is encouraged but not required. Motive to work with children and young people.
Training and DevelopmentExcellent opportunities will be available for training and professional development, and the post holder will receive managerial and clinical supervision.
