Soft Facilities Management Supervisor in Haverfordwest

Job Overview

We currently have a vacancy for a Soft Facilities Supervisor to support the full range of supervisory responsibilities.

This post is a secondment until 30/09/2026 to meet the needs of the service.

This role requires working on a shift pattern, which will include weekends and holidays.

Main Duties

• Ensure domestic staff deliver a full and comprehensive cleaning service to wards and departments.
• Perform general cleaning within the hospital environment, including clinical and patient areas such as the emergency department, theatres, patient bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as all other non‑clinical areas, including infection cleans, office and public areas.
• Responsible for day‑to‑day running of the team.

Qualifications

• The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
