Bank Clinical Site Managers position at Withybush General Hospital, Haverfordwest. The role requires the post holder to maintain patient flow, lead clinical operations across a 24‑hour period, and work predominantly out of hours.

Overall responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving patient flow pressures
  • Managing staffing and skill‑mix issues
  • Responding to and escalating clinical incidents and site‑wide risks
  • Supporting clinical teams and maintaining patient safety at all times
