This is a significant leadership opportunity within a Health Board focused on delivering safe, sustainable and accessible services for the communities of West Wales.

This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of strategic decision-making, supporting senior clinical, operational and corporate leaders to identify opportunities, understand financial impact and develop practical solutions. It will suit a qualified finance professional who is comfortable working across organisational boundaries, influencing at a senior level and translating complex information into clear, actionable insight.
