Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking an Anticoagulation Specialist Nurse to work across Carmarthenshire and based at Glangwili General Hospital. You will join the Anticoagulation CNS team and collaborate with Consultants and MDT to deliver high-quality care for patients on anticoagulant therapy.
Key duties include running nurse-led clinics, accepting referrals, educating patients, interpreting tests and adjusting dosing, and contributing to audits and service development.
