Join our Engagement and Communications team and play a key role in supporting communications and engagement activity across the Health Board. You will help to inform, deliver and coordinate meaningful opportunities for communities across Hywel Dda to have their voices heard and influence service improvement.

This varied role includes providing high-quality administrative and communications support, from preparing agendas and taking detailed minutes, to maintaining records, managing databases, and supporting procurement processes to keep the team running smoothly. You will act as a first point of contact for enquiries, supporting senior colleagues while managing competing priorities with confidence and initiative.

You will also help plan and deliver engagement events and consultations, working with a wide range of partners, and take a proactive approach to promoting schemes and encouraging involvement from local communities.
