Hywel Dda University Health Board offers a midwife role within the Amman Valley Community Team, covering Llandovery, Llandeilo and Ammanford, providing all aspects of midwifery care for women and families in the community setting and within the Midwifery Led Care Unit, Glangwili General Hospital, Carmarthen. Relocation policy information is available for successful applicants wishing to move to the area. Applicants must meet the criteria to be eligible, which can be found in the Relocation Policy. Interviews to be held on 16/6/2026.
Main Duties of the Job:
- You will coordinate care for high‑risk pregnancies, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a high quality, seamless service.
This is a part‑time post (30 hours). The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Hywel Dda University Health Board operates a bilingual policy. All applicants are invited to apply in Welsh; any application submitted in Welsh will not be treated less favourably than an application made in English.
