An opportunity has arisen to join the Health Visiting service as an Administration Clerk to play a key role in supporting child health services across the community. The post-holder will work with the Health Visiting Team Leader and Health Visiting Team, offering administrative support.
You will share responsibility for providing practical support in using the Cypris (Child Health System) to answer queries, arrange appointments for Health staff and carry out general filing duties. You will provide vital administrative support to the Health Visiting Team, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities:- Manage correspondence, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and maintaining accurate records using the Cypris child health system.
- Handle telephone enquiries professionally, assist with health promotion activities and events, coordinate training, and manage resources.
- Adhere to Health Board policies, confidentiality, data protection, and safeguarding standards at all times.
- Provide general filing duties, arrange appointments for Health staff, and perform other administrative tasks to support service delivery.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
