Full‑time Pharmacy Technician – GPHC registered, or a pre‑registration Pharmacy Technician due to complete training and pending registration – will join the Pharmacy team at Bronglais General Hospital.
Main Responsibilities
- Work as part of ward‑based clinical pharmacy teams.
- Support dispensing, pharmacy store, and procurement functions.
- Provide comprehensive medicines management service to the wards.
- Utilise the All Wales Electronic Discharge System (MTED).
- Adapt to a busy, demanding environment and exercise flexibility to meet service needs.
Key Qualifications
- GPHC registered Pharmacy Technician, or pre‑registration Pharmacy Technician with imminent registration.
- Experience or training in clinical pharmacy, dispensing, and medicines management.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Good communication skills; fluency in Welsh is desirable but not essential – English and/or Welsh speakers welcome.
Eligibility & Sponsorship
All applicants must currently be employed by Hywel Dda University Health Board. Non‑UK or Republic of Ireland nationals will require sponsorship for a Health and Care visa or Skilled Worker visa.
