Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking a highly motivated Pharmacist to lead the antimicrobial stewardship strategy at Bronglais Hospital.
You will work with the Medicines Management Team, consultants and microbiologists to implement guidelines, audits and education across the hospital.
The role focuses half on antibiotic-related duties and half on other clinical duties, with opportunities to develop pharmacist-led clinics and participate in ward rounds.
