The opportunity has arisen to work within the Community Older Adults Mental Health Service in beautiful West Wales. The successful applicant will be responsible for co-ordinating a case load as part of a multidisciplinary team. Whether you are experienced or highly skilled already in your field and want a change of practice or you are looking to take the next step into the community to develop your career, we would welcome your application.
Main duties of the job include:
- Assessment of care needs for older adults experiencing mental illness both functional and organic.
- Development of programmes of care and the implementation and evaluation of these programmes for a defined clinical caseload.
We are looking for practitioners who are passionate about promoting the well-being and rights of older people, interested in contributing to service development and maintaining a high standard of clinical care. You will have considerable opportunities for training and professional development and regular clinical supervision will be available. This is a full-time post. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
