We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our bank Portering Team at Bronglais General Hospital, Aberystwyth. The position provides 24‑hour coverage with shifts that include nights, weekends and bank holidays. Successful candidates will receive full training and must be available with flexibility in start times, working shifts and hours across the portering service between 07:00 and 07:00 hours.
Main Duties:
- Patient movement
- Security
- Driving
- Post room and waste collection
- Delivery/collection of food trolleys, linen, and patient records to ward or department areas
Requirements:
- Available with flexibility in start times and working shifts across the portering service between 07:00 and 07:00 hours.
- Completion of full training is required.
- Non‑UK or Republic of Ireland nationals require sponsorship for a Health and Care visa or Skilled Worker visa unless other work permissions apply.
